About the event

Let’s celebrate and champion all of the volunteers working in Nimbin, at the inaugural Legends of Nimbin - Volunteer Awards Night

Event Details

  • Hosted by Nimbin Community Organisations Interagency (NCOI)

  • Doors open at 5:30pm, and the awards ceremony starts at 6:00pm.

  • Tickets are FREE, but must be booked online to reserve your seat.

  • Vegetarian buffet meals must be pre-purchased for $21.50 +gst

  • The bar will be open to purchase drinks.

  • Volunteer award nominations close 17th March - see below.


Dinner Menu

Vegetarian Buffet - $21.50 +gst

  • Moroccan stew (eggplant, apricot, chickpea),

  • Dahl, Rice, Couscous,

  • Spiced sweet potatoes, Salads,

  • Chutney, Mint yoghurt, Garnishes.


Volunteer Award Nominations

Nominations will be open to all community organisations in Nimbin, for a range of volunteer awards. This is not a competition, but a celebration of all volunteers in Nimbin, and we aim to acknowledge and encourage volunteerism in Nimbin.  Nimbin organisations can nominate volunteers from any organisation before the deadline, at nimbin.org.au/events/legends-of-nimbin.
