We can ship to virtually anywhere in the world!
Included in your purchase is free delivery anywhere in Australia.
There are restrictions on some products that are flammable, such as oils which cannot be shipped internationally.
We generally ship within two to three days of receiving orders unless we are waiting for stock to arrive.
Where possible we ship with Australia Post using tracked post.
For International shipping, rates are weight-based.
Returns Policy
Please contact us by email for our authorisation prior to returning any product.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please send returns by tracked post where possible.
Refund are within four weeks of providing your package to the return shipper.
