Nimbin’s ‘famous’ Grey Gum Lodge has been a local and international icon for nearly 30 years, proudly hosting visitors from all over the world. Built in 1927 – this conveniently located ‘Queenslander’ guest-house has over the years been a café, restaurant, bar, and small resort. Recently refurbished by new owners Darren and Stuart, these days Grey Gum Lodge is a boutique guest-house which provides comfortable, clean, affordable accommodation.
All of our rooms have their own bathroom and are furnished to enhance the period character of this grand old building. With approximately 160,000 tourists visiting our small town annually, there are many quality accommodation options available depending on your budget and preference. However if you would prefer the ambience of a character filled Queenslander style guest-house, with superb views and yet only a few minutes walk to town, Grey Gum Lodge could be the ideal base for your Nimbin and Northern Rivers experience. We look forward to meeting you.
