Nimbin Fringe Makes Its Debut This October

30th October – 1st November 2026

From Friday 30th October to Sunday 1st November 2026, the inaugural Nimbin Fringe Festival will transform the village into a vibrant hub of live performance, visual arts and creative expression, showcasing the incredible talent found throughout Nimbin and the Northern Rivers.

Created by the community, for the community, Nimbin Fringe is a grassroots festival celebrating the artists, performers and storytellers who make this region so unique. Across three exciting days, audiences can enjoy an eclectic program of live music, comedy, dance, circus, film, visual arts and much more.

The response from artists has been phenomenal, with an overwhelming number of applications received. The festival team is now busy curating a diverse and inspiring program that reflects the creativity, individuality and community spirit that Nimbin is renowned for.

The full festival program and tickets will be released on 1st August 2026.

Volunteer applications are also now open. Whether you'd like to welcome visitors, assist artists or lend a hand behind the scenes, it's a wonderful opportunity to be part of bringing this inaugural event to life.
