The Business of Doing Business Series

A practical workshop series for Northern Rivers business owners and operators

Business NSW Northern Rivers is launching The Business of Doing Business, a practical four-part workshop series designed to support small and medium businesses across the region.

Created in collaboration with local business owners and Regional Leaders from across the Northern Rivers, the series focuses on real-world business conversations and practical tools to help local businesses make clearer decisions across strategy, finances, customers, leadership and performance.

With many businesses facing rising costs, workforce pressures, operational complexity and constant change, this series offers a useful opportunity to step back, strengthen business foundations and connect with other local operators.

Workshop topics include:

  • Strategy, Growth & Transition

  • Money, Numbers & Funding

  • Customers, Brand & Digital Content

  • Enhancing Business Performance

Each session can be attended as a standalone workshop, or businesses can book the full series. The workshops build from direction, to dollars, to demand, to delivery.
